Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in customization, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud implementations
  • Strong frontend skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Batch Apex, Triggers, and test classes
  • Proficient with automation and security configurations including Process Builder, Flows, Approval Processes, Profiles, Sharing and Security Models, Reports and Dashboards, and Chatter; experience with REST/SOAP web services integrations
  • Knowledge of best practices, governance limits, and platform design patterns; PD2 certification and Industry Cloud (Vlocity) experience are a plus; Agile/SCRUM experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce development for Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud initiatives, translating functional requirements into technical designs and architectures
  • Develop and customize using LWC, Apex, Triggers, Processes/Flows, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs while ensuring security and governance
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders on technical roadmaps, provide guidance on architecture, and maintain documentation and standards
  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions

Job Description:

8+ years of Development experience on the Salesforce platform.

Expert Level understanding of Salesforce.com CRM and its development life cycle.

Must have extensive experience in Salesforce Customization Must have extensive experience in Experience Cloud Should have extensive experience in Sales Cloud implementation.

Should have experience on Front end tools such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Extensive experience in Salesforce lightening (LWC), Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Triggers, Test Classes writing.

Must have worked on Process builder, Flows, Approval Process, Profiles, Sharing Model. Security Model, Reports and Dashboards, Chatter.

Experienced in webservices integration using REST API and SOAP.

Strong knowledge in Salesforce best practices, security, governance limits. Good to have PD2 certification.

Good to have Industry Cloud(Vlocity). Supporting Project Managers for Technical Roadmap.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Understands the technical environment and product architecture to convert functional requirement to technical requirement.
Aware of platform-specific design patterns and limits.

Experience in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM.
