Customize and integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems; develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications and implementation plans
Provide training and ongoing support to clients on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud functionality, best practices, and deployment readiness; work with developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to loyalty programs and Salesforce technology
