We combine technology, insight, and human compassion to empower healthcare professionals and improve outcomes for those who need care most.

Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Data Product Manager to join our Team and play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and innovation.

Who are you?

We’re looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead a focused data migration and ETL delivery programme within our internal platform team.

This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who thrives in delivery-focused environments, can confidently manage agile data teams, and has strong experience driving migration projects from planning through to cutover.

Working closely with a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day delivery activities — managing sprint execution, stakeholder communication, backlog prioritisation, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SME-scale structured data migration initiatives.

This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative product and engineering environment on a business-critical transformation programme.

  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end migration execution including testing and cutover activities

ETL & Data Migration

  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Work closely with engineers on ETL pipelines, transformation logic, and data mapping
  • Maintain strong data quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Manage discovery, transformation, testing, and deployment phases
  • Identify data dependencies, lineage, and downstream impacts

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for internal business stakeholders
  • Deliver regular project updates and steering communications
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and sign-off sessions
  • Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and dependencies
  • Partner closely with the Senior PM to align delivery with wider platform strategy

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Embed within the internal platform team and existing agile processes
  • Work autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Contribute to retrospectives and process improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and outcomes
