We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to set the long-term vision, multi-year strategy, and business performance of an entire product domain within our platform-first portfolio. This leader will ensure our solutions both excel as standalone offerings and meaningfully advance the NavigateOne platform through integrated workflows, shared analytics, and unified user experiences–while raising the bar for product excellence across the organization.

Reporting into senior Product leadership, this is a highly strategic, individual-contributor product leadership role with enterprise scope and direct execution authority. You will shape domain strategy, influence platform-wide architectural and AI direction, drive measurable growth outcomes, mentor other product managers, and represent Product in executive, board, and strategic customer forums.
