  • Equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Must reside within North Carolina, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel within the catchment as required

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage provider relations staff, including performance coaching and accountability
  • Oversee provider communication, inquiry resolution, and engagement activities across the network
  • Monitor provider satisfaction, service levels, and responsiveness to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Direct resolution of complex provider issues and escalations; analyze provider feedback to improve communication strategies and service delivery; partner with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues affecting providers

FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: $67,632 - $90,457

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina

What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Provider Relations to join our team! The Manager, Provider Relations leads provider engagement operations and is accountable for team performance, communication, and issue resolution across the network. The role directs staff and engagement strategies to improve provider experience and ensure consistent service delivery.


On a typical day, you might:


  • Lead and manage provider relations staff, including performance, coaching, and accountability
  • Oversee provider communication, inquiry resolution, and engagement activities across the network
  • Monitor provider satisfaction, service levels, and responsiveness to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Direct resolution of complex provider issues and escalations impacting provider experience
  • Analyze provider feedback and inquiry trends to improve communication strategies and service delivery
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues affecting providers

Qualifications


Required:

  • Associate’s degree and three (3) years’ experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Degree in Human Services field and/or advanced degrees
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees
