Job Title: Director of Metro District Management
FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: Regional VP - Central
Location: Remote - Colorado
Summary
The Director of Metro District Management is a strategic and operational leader responsible for guiding the foundation of Cohere’s metro district service line—standardizing delivery, shaping our approach, and embedding Cohere’s Community Building Model™ into governance and operations.
This role blends subject matter expertise in metro districts with Cohere’s relational, community-first philosophy, ensuring district governance, financial management, and operations are aligned with long-term community outcomes.
Reporting to senior leadership and working cross-functionally, the Metro District Lead will design scalable systems, cultivate key industry relationships, and position Cohere earlier in the development lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt; Pay $120,000 - $135,000 per year; bonus eligibility of up to 10% of annual salary
