Job description

Summary/Objective

This role is responsible for managing the remarketing process of client’s assets while also maintaining client relationships while developing prospects/leads. The role will center on the efficient remarketing of assets to meet client and Location Services CTQ’s and Goals. Additionally, this position will focus on building strong relationships with existing accounts and potential customers to drive growth and long-term partnerships. The Director of Sales Services will work closely with the sales department to send out contracts and ensure the onboarding and training is completed.

Essential Functions 

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities and vendor relations 
  • Work with vendors to improve metrics 
  • Schedule and conduct day at the auctions for prospects and existing clients  
  • Manage sales process issues for clients 
  • Post Sale communication with existing clients with required reporting
  • Stay up to date with new Remarketing technologies and processes 
  • Develop and conduct Quarterly reviews with top clients 
  • Closely monitor client sales volume and metrics

  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results

Educations and Experience

  • 10 years of sale management experience 
  • Proven experience performing cold calling and other prospecting techniques
  • Experience with AutoIMS  
  • Bonus experience: auction, Fleet or Remarketing company 

 

Position Type / Location 

This is a full-time, salaried position. This is a remote hybrid position, work-from-home model with occasional in person team collaboration.   Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening work may be required as job duties demand. Some travel necessary for auction representation and client visits up to 20%.

 

Physical Requirements

Must be physically able to operate a vehicle. Will be exposed to various weather conditions and noise levels. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.  May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs.
