Job description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will lead sales growth within your assigned territory by applying your strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and proven experience in solution-based selling. You will work closely with senior decision-makers and healthcare professionals across healthcare institutions to identify business opportunities, shape customer solutions, and drive commercial outcomes. With a higher level of authority in negotiations, you will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Develop effective sales approaches to target key accounts.

  • Engage in in-depth negotiations with higher autonomy to close deals.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.

  • Gather and utilize customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

  • Act as a mentor and trainer for junior sales staff.

  • Implement and refine sales techniques tailored to customer needs.

  • Domain Expertise (Healthcare Sector):  proven track record in sales within the healthcare, medical technology, healthcare solutions, or related sectors; strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Indonesia, including public and private hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and key decision-making processes; experienced in engaging senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, hospital administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Negotiation Tactics: Advanced negotiation skills for closing complex deals.

  • Customer Insight: Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data.

  • Sales Software: Proficient use of advanced CRM and sales management tools.

  • Team Collaboration: Skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
