The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for enabling internal associates and Sales Representative partners to become more productive, efficient and targeted, allowing for increased sales activity in the market.  An expert in Zurn Elkay internal processes, this position will be a single point of contact for Sales Reps to navigate challenging business scenarios, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.  The Sales Enablement Specialist will be an expert in business data sources, identifying opportunities for share gain across a variety of customer types. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Funnel: Manage a pipeline of key project opportunities in the territory, identifying key stakeholders and win/loss data, creating predictive analytics on future opportunities.  Coordinate next action needed on opportunities from specification to order. 

  • Specification Conversion Enablement: Analyze firm level Specification data, identify and communicate conversion opportunities to Business Development Managers and Sales Reps. Track projects for conversion confirmation.  Build pipeline of active design projects to target Zurn Elkay new product specifications. 

  • Systems Training & Support: Train internal and external sales associates on all Dynamics CRM functions including mobile applications.  Track and enforce user adoption, identifying continuous improvement opportunities in systems and process in the tools.

  • Territory Coordination: Coordinate Zurn Elkay associates’ travel requests into Rep markets, ensuring clear customer targets and meeting plans are created.

  • Sales Collateral: Act as a bi-directional resource to provide new Zurn Elkay marketing collateral to Sales Reps, collecting feedback on effectiveness and areas of improvement.  Identify marketing collateral gaps and partner with Zurn Elkay marketing to create valuable selling tools. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing or engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management with a demonstrated history of supporting the growth of the business

  • Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, lighting or similar industry a plus

  • Previous experience supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools highly preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Must be located in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.

Salary Range: $82,552 - $113,509
