The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Delivery Manager to take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring seamless execution, strong client engagement, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of small–mid scale projects with minimal supervision
  • Build and maintain robust project plans, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost control
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment to expectations and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure the right skills at the right time
  • Monitor team performance, providing direction, feedback, and support to enable delivery excellence
  • Ensure service quality consistently meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively across clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve delivery efficiency
  • Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of services
  • Provide subject matter expertise across relevant product or service areas (where applicable)
