The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Delivery Manager to take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring seamless execution, strong client engagement, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of small–mid scale projects with minimal supervision
Build and maintain robust project plans, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
Manage budgets and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost control
Act as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment to expectations and business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure the right skills at the right time
Monitor team performance, providing direction, feedback, and support to enable delivery excellence
Ensure service quality consistently meets or exceeds client expectations
Resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively across clients, teams, and stakeholders
Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve delivery efficiency
Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of services
Provide subject matter expertise across relevant product or service areas (where applicable)
