We’re looking for a reliable Payments & Operations Specialist - detail-oriented and analytical thinking team member to support our daily financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain financial trackers, prepare monthly reports, and manage bank payments.
Reconcile invoices against bank transfers, hourly reports, and internal records.
Actively develop and implement AI automation to streamline manual workflows.
Manage vacation balances, employee agreement records, and payment-related queries.
Provide proactive customer updates via email and maintain daily team communication.
Utilize advanced Google Sheets skills and various accounting/financial systems.
