This role is employed through RemoFirst, Proch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

What You Will Do As A Local Sales Agent I  

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner 

  • Input data accurately into software platforms 

  • Upsell and promote products/services 

  • Meet individual sales and performance metrics 

  • Maintain a high level of customer service on all calls 

  • Assist with on-the-job training for new contractors when needed

  • Follow guidelines for breaks and lunch breaks 

  • Review internal communications daily via email or Slack 

  • Perform email and call follow-up as specified by Team Leads 

  • Participate in special projects assigned by management (such as role-playing, shadowing other training needs, product testing) 

  • Perform other related duties or projects, as assigned
