The Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Designer to support performance growth across key markets through high-quality, conversion-focused creative. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to apply their skills across static design, video editing, AI-assisted creative production, and paid social advertising.

You will be responsible for creating compelling ad creatives across multiple formats, helping bring campaigns to life and improving performance through strong visual storytelling and testing.

You’ll work closely with paid media, content, e-commerce, and brand teams to produce creative assets that are tailored for different platforms, audiences, and markets while staying aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities


● Design high-performing paid media creatives across static, motion, and video formats
● Create ad assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and other paid
channels
● Develop creative concepts for customer acquisition, retargeting, product launches, promotions,
and seasonal campaigns
● Edit short-form videos for paid social using existing footage, UGC, motion graphics, and
AI-assisted tools
● Produce static ad variations for testing different hooks, messages, offers, and formats
● Work closely with the paid media team to understand performance insights and translate them into
better creative output
● Support creative testing by developing multiple variations of winning concepts
● Ensure all assets are delivered in the correct sizes, formats, and specifications for each platform
● Help evolve and maintain a library of creative templates, design systems, and reusable ad
components
● Use AI tools where appropriate to support ideation, production speed, and creative iteration
● Stay up to date with creative trends, platform best practices, competitor ads, and new content
formats

Requirements


● 2 - 4 years experience in graphic design, paid social creative, performance creative, or digital
content production
● Strong portfolio showing paid media creatives across static, video, and motion formats
● Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma, or
similar
● Experience creating ads for Meta and other digital platforms with a clear understanding of what
drives engagement and conversions
● Good understanding of direct response creative principles and performance-driven design
● Ability to work across multiple briefs and manage deadlines effectively
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines while producing fresh ideas
● Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Desirable


● Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
● Interest in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or lifestyle brands
● Experience with UGC-style content and short-form performance video editing
● Familiarity with AI creative tools for image, video, or concept generation
● Understanding of creative testing frameworks and paid media performance metrics
● Experience designing for international markets or localised campaigns
● Basic motion graphics or animation skills
