We are now looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us build high-quality lead generation systems for our international clients.
This is a full-time, remote role, working EU hours.
About the role
This role is perfect for someone who loves Clay, lead generation, data, research, and outbound systems.
You will work closely with our GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers to turn ICPs into clean, accurate, campaign-ready lead lists. You will build Clay workflows, enrich data, identify the right companies and contacts, and help us improve the quality and speed of our outbound campaigns.
We are not looking for someone who only scrapes random leads.
We are looking for someone who understands why a lead is relevant, how to find better data, and how to build repeatable lead generation processes.
What you’ll do ✨
You will:
- Build high-quality B2B lead lists based on ICPs, industries, company size, job titles, locations, technologies, signals, and other targeting criteria.
- Use Clay to create, enrich, clean, and organize campaign-ready prospect data.
- Research companies, decision-makers, competitors, and market segments for international B2B clients.
- Find relevant contacts using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, company websites, databases, and other lead generation tools.
- Enrich leads with emails, LinkedIn profiles, company data, tech stack, funding data, hiring signals, and other useful information.
- Verify and clean data to reduce bounce rates and improve outbound campaign quality.
- Support GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers with account research and audience building.
- Build reusable lead generation workflows and suggest smarter ways to automate research and enrichment.
- Organize data clearly in Clay, Google Sheets, CSVs, or CRM-ready formats.
- Help identify new niches, targeting angles, and prospecting opportunities for client campaigns.
Requirements
Who you are ❤️🔥
You should have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Clay — this is required.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, list building, enrichment, or GTM data operations.
- Good understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, targeting criteria, and outbound campaign needs.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools.
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills.
- Ability to research companies and contacts beyond surface-level data.
- Good attention to detail and strong data quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good written English.
- Curiosity and willingness to test new GTM, AI, and lead generation tools.
Nice to have
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, ZeroBounce, Dropcontact, Ocean.io, BuiltWith, StoreLeads, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
- AI-assisted research and enrichment.
- Web scraping or no-code automation.
- CRM data preparation.
- Email verification and deliverability basics.
- Cold email campaign preparation.
- Working in a B2B agency, SaaS company, or high-growth startup.
- Supporting multiple client campaigns at the same time.
What good looks like
You are successful in this role if:
- Campaign Managers trust your lists without needing to recheck everything.
- Leads are relevant, accurate, and campaign-ready.
- Clay tables are clean, structured, and easy to understand.
- You can explain why a company or contact fits the ICP.
- You suggest better sourcing methods instead of only following instructions.
- You help the team move faster without sacrificing quality.
This role is not for you if
- You have never used Clay before.
- You only know basic manual LinkedIn scraping.
- You care more about lead quantity than lead quality.
- You need very detailed instructions for every list.
- You are not comfortable with repetitive but detail-heavy data work.
- You do not enjoy experimenting with new tools and workflows.
