Protective Services Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a professional and reliable individual to join our team as a Protective Services Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety on the premises while also providing exceptional customer service to visitors and guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Present in a courteous and professional manner, serving as a great “first impression” of our Bank.
• Exercise excellent judgement, and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and guests
• Be willing to occasionally flex scheduling to support special after-hours events.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vendors to maintain security and prevent loss or damage to property.
• Be proficient in learning enterprise security systems governing access control, parking, and camera/alarm systems.
• Periodically patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or damage.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports as required.
• Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements For Success:

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus five or more years or relevant security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, etc..

• Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
• This is a full-time, non-remote position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay Range: USD $34,102.00 - USD $49,382.00 /Yr.
