Margaux is a new kind of footwear brand rooted in friendship, collaboration, and community. Co-founders Sarah Pierson and Alexa Buckley launched Margaux in 2015, setting out to create a modern footwear wardrobe for women on the go, powered by thoughtful design and an innovative approach. About the Role
Margaux is seeking a thoughtful and highly organized Customer Experience Associate to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. Working closely with the CX team, you will support customers throughout their shopping journey, delivering warm, personalized service across email and chat.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating a seamless, detail-oriented experience. There will also be opportunities to flex up hours during key moments in the business, including major sales and seasonal peaks.

Availability
This is a part-time, remote role (~25 hours per week). We are ideally seeking someone available to work weekdays from approximately 9am–2pm ET, with a consistent and dependable schedule.
There may be opportunities to flex up hours during key moments in the business, including major sales and seasonal peaks.
Pay Range
$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
