This is the job

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on transforming and evolving existing developments into a scalable product format. You will operate within an autonomous unit while staying aligned with a large-scale client organization comprising dozens of Salesforce engineers.

This is you

• 4–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Solid mastery of Apex (including design patterns), LWC, and Salesforce Integration patterns.

• Experience with modern DevOps practices, version control, and managed package environments.

• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and release management processes.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are mandatory. The more certifications, the better.

• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Niche Cloud Expertise.

• Experience in any of the following domains: Experience Cloud, Field Service (FSM), Health Cloud, B2B Commerce, Marketing Cloud.

This is your role

• Implement high-quality business logic and UI components using Apex and LWC.

• Take ownership of features from requirements to deployment, ensuring they are package-ready.

• Build and maintain stable connections with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.

• Handle the release process using Salesforce CLI and Git, including work with 2GP (Second-Generation Managed Packages).

• Write robust unit tests, debug complex issues, and optimize code for Large Data Volumes (LDV).

• Stay technically aligned with the client’s wider engineering community while maintaining autonomy over your tasks.
