Main Responsibilities

  • As a Software Engineer working in an Agile team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that deliver significant value to our manufacturing operations. You will provide 24/7 support for existing applications, ensuring high availability and performance to meet business needs. Your role will involve analyzing and presenting results from software initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy. You will continuously innovate and improve software processes and applications by exploring and integrating the latest technologies and industry best practices. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality code standards and ensure reliable software performance. By contributing to the Agile development process through participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, you will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What Skills You Need

  • 1 year of experience developing software using C#, Java, Python, etc. (desirable)
  • Exp. producing and consuming APIs.
  • 1 year of experience using CI/CD tools including version control and automation. (desirable)
  • 1 year of experience using any front-end framework like ReactJS, Angular, Vue, etc.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).
  • Experience producing and/or integrating IA/ML with business applications. 

Education

  • Information Technology or Computer Science Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
