Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education environments; hands-on Workday Student experience preferred.
  • Experience with comparable SIS platforms (e.g., Ellucian Banner, Anthology Student, Jenzabar, Thesis Elements, or Thesis SM) and strong understanding of student lifecycle processes (admissions, enrollment, records management, financial aid, and academic planning).
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1) and experience working for US clients; ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

  • Configure and maintain student-related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking; support data migration and system integrations.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making and compliance requirements; create and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures, and provide training and ongoing end-user support.

We are currently looking for a Workday consultant, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education environments.
  • Collaborate with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Configure and maintain student-related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking.
  • Analyze existing SIS workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Support data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to the student lifecycle and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders across the institution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Student preferred.
  • Experience with comparable SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Anthology Student, Jenzabar, Thesis Elements, or Thesis SM is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes including admissions, enrollment, records management, financial aid, and academic planning.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, testing cycles, and production support activities.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, data management, and system integrations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients
