The Role

As a Consultant in our EU Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
 
This is an opportunity to build your career in a multidisciplinary team of consultants and data scientists, participating in the delivery of large-scale analytics transformations and leveraging Veeva’s unique position to help our customers extract maximum value from their data assets. In this role, you will lead specific project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery.

  • Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Commercial Analytics/Excellence and/or Medical Strategy, with a solid understanding of the Life Sciences industry, as well as a good understanding of statistics and analytical techniques, with the ability to generate insights from data through metrics and visual reports
  • Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for quantitative and logical reasoning
  • Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Veeva products
  • Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, particularly for data manipulation and visualization
  • Languages in addition to English

  • The Process

    Our process is different than most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:

  • You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment
  • Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
  • The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
  • Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward
