As an Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:
· Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
· Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
· Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
· Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Requirements:
· Current Epic Referrals Certification, with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions
· Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains
· 3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems
· Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems
· Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions
· Project management experience with Epic implementations
· Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
· Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
Preferences:
· Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
· Additional Epic certifications in: Prelude, Real‑Time Eligibility (RTE), Grand Central, Cadence
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
The estimated base salary rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
