Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on draught beer lines and other dispense equipment at customer premises (inspection, cleaning, maintenance).
  • Install and maintain draught beer equipment including taps, fonts, fixtures and other dispense equipment (and other products).
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to repair or replace dispense equipment.
  • Build relationships with customers and business developers, feed leads for Richmond brands, and support visibility of Richmond products, equipment and POS in trade.

We have about 70 people in our sales team. They are responsible for all our customers, from the major supermarkets and cash and carries to pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. They are supported by national account managers who help the sales team deliver their business objectives whilst helping the major retailers deliver theirs. In Marketing we have over 20 people. We have Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers and staff to support them and help make things happen. Our Finance area has 30 people. Not just the accountants but also our administrators, Customer Service team, Logistics team and IT support team. We are committed to supporting the development of talent within our business. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Quality Representative to Carry out Routine Maintenance (Cleaning Beer Lines in Bars & Restaurants on a planned routine schedule). Install and maintain draught equipment in order to keep our draught beer to industry-leading standards. They will also install and maintain other dispense and equipment from our portfolio of brands. They will maintain and monitor Richmond equipment in trade and drive a quality experience in trade for the full Richmond Portfolio.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform scheduled maintenance calls to customer premises to inspect, clean and maintain draught beer lines and other dispense equipment.
• Install Taps, Fonts and the fixtures and fittings required to dispense draught beer, and other products.
• Respond to emergency call outs, and repair or replace dispense equipment.
• Deliver high quality standards to all aspects of the role.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline.
• Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate.
• Build key relationships with Customers and Business Developers.
• Feedback leads and potential sales for Richmond brands.
• Assist in the visibility of all Richmond products, equipment and POS in trade.
• Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the appropriate technical skill set applicable to the role. Experience in cleaning draught beer lines in bars or restaurants is an advantage but not a requirement as full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills are essential and will be needed when dealing with account managers and staff.
• They must be able to work unsupervised and complete journey plans in a planned, and in the most efficient manner possible.
• Candidates must be eligible to drive in Ireland and have a full clean driving licence.
• They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role.
• They should also have a strong teamwork focus and ensure full liaison with other team members and departments.
• He/she will have the potential to understand and deliver strong customer service and have an understanding of quality SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
