We are currently seeking a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented Data & Automation Finance Manager. This is a fully remote position that can be located anywhere in the USA.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The Data & Automation Finance Manager oversees the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial information that informs the American Red Cross’s financial planning and decision-making. This role leads efforts to gather and analyze complex financial data, develop insights, and deliver clear recommendations and reports to senior leadership.
Incumbents are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving financial systems, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The role also provides support, development, and leadership guidance to volunteers, helping to build financial capability and promote best practices across the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: (Qualifications)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. CPA or Advanced Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Management Experience: 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to develop project plans. Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration, facilitation, planning, problem-solving, and leadership. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of personal computers, word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database applications when applicable. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.

SALARY INFORMATION:
The salary range for this position is $110,000 -$125,000

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, the number of years of experience you have, and comparisons to other employees already in this role.
