  • AI Program Leadership: Develop and execute the channel AI enablement plan aligned with organizational goals and revenue objectives; identify opportunities to leverage AI; lead AI transformation initiatives; create roadmaps, governance frameworks, and success metrics; monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive developments.
  • Channel and Partner Enablement: Design and implement AI-focused training, onboarding, and adoption programs for channel partners and internal teams; build enablement materials such as playbooks, workshops, learning modules, certifications, and best-practice guides; support partners in integrating AI-powered tools and workflows; partner with channel leadership to drive messaging and adoption; establish internal Geo Channel Team and partner feedback loops.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Collaborate with product, IT, data science, legal, compliance, and security teams; coordinate with Channel Sales and marketing to align AI programs with go-to-market strategies; lead organizational change management; develop communications plans; measure adoption and address barriers.
  • Analytics, Performance Management & Vendor/Technology Oversight: Define KPIs and dashboards; analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities; deliver executive-level reporting; support AI-driven forecasting; evaluate and manage AI vendors and platforms; ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and ethical usage.

The Global Channel AI Initiatives and Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the adoption, enablement, and operational execution of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across channel sales, and key partner segments. This role bridges business strategy, technology, partner enablement, and operational excellence to ensure AI-powered solutions drive measurable business outcomes, improve internal Channel Sales team as well as partner productivity, and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in channel operations, enablement programs, AI technologies, cross-functional leadership, and change management. This individual will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations, data, IT, and external partners to design scalable AI initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the channel organization and partner community.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Program Leadership

  • Develop and execute the channel AI enablement plan aligned with organizational goals and revenue objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across channel sales, partner engagement, marketing, forecasting, and operational workflows.

  • Lead AI transformation initiatives focused on automation, analytics, productivity, and partner experience.

  • Create roadmaps, governance frameworks, and success metrics for AI initiatives.

  • Monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive developments to recommend innovative solutions.

Channel and Partner Enablement

  • Design and implement AI-focused training, onboarding, and adoption programs for channel partners and internal teams working with internal Learning & Development team and 3rd party outsourcing experts.

  • Build enablement materials and/or requirements including playbooks, workshops, learning modules, certifications, and best-practice guides.

  • Support partners in integrating AI-powered tools and workflows into their sales and operational processes.

  • Partner with channel leadership to drive consistent messaging, adoption, and utilization of AI solutions.

  • Establish internal Geo Channel Team and partner feedback loops to continuously improve enablement programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, IT, data science, legal, compliance, and security teams to operationalize AI initiatives.

  • Work closely with Channel Sales and marketing teams to align AI programs with go-to-market strategies.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases and implementation timelines.

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical audiences.

Change Management and Adoption

  • Lead organizational change management activities related to AI implementation.

  • Work with communication team to develop communications plans that promote awareness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Measure adoption rates, productivity improvements, and business impact of AI initiatives.

  • Address barriers to adoption through coaching, process optimization, and stakeholder support.

Analytics and Performance Management

  • Define KPIs and dashboards to track AI program effectiveness, Channel Sales Geo performance and partner performance.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations on AI initiative outcomes.

  • Support forecasting and operational planning through AI-driven insights.

Vendor and Technology Management

  • Evaluate and manage AI vendors, platforms, and third-party solutions as needed.

  • Coordinate implementation and integration activities with technology partners.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to AI governance, privacy, security, and ethical usage.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in channel operations, enablement, sales operations, program management, or related functions.

  • 2+ years of experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies including generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and conversational platforms.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with CRM, sales enablement, learning management, and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in business or technology.

  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, resellers, or alliance ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and data privacy requirements.

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace AI, ChatGPT Enterprise, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Relevant certifications in AI, project management, enablement, or change management.
