ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Business Development Manager, you will join our Networking & Security Business Unit, focusing on the Baltic markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for both developing new business opportunities and managing existing partner relationships. You will act as a key link between vendors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth in network security and cybersecurity solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop high-potential reseller partners in the Baltics

  • Acquire new partners through proactive outreach (calls, email, meetings)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners

  • Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth

  • Execute and support business development plans

  • Initiate and support marketing campaigns to generate leads

  • Deliver product and sales enablement training to partners

  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and regional teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Networking and Security (IT distribution or vendor side)

  • Strong background in business development and/or account management

  • Very good knowledge of the local Baltic market

  • Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive, outgoing, and results-driven personality

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
