Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) associé(e) bilingue aux services aux patients (PSA) afin de soutenir nos programmes de soutien aux patients à travers le Canada. Dans ce rôle, vous aiderez les patients ainsi que les professionnels de la santé en assurant la saisie de données, l’inscription des patients et les communications.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes afin de veiller à ce que les patients reçoivent le soutien requis de manière efficace et en temps opportun. Ce poste est entièrement à distance et ouvert aux candidats partout au Canada, selon un horaire de 11 h à 19 h HNE (ou 8 h à 16 h HNP).

Vos responsabilités :

  • Saisir et tenir à jour des données patients exactes dans les systèmes de l’entreprise.
  • Soutenir les activités d’inscription et d’intégration des patients.
  • Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes (téléphone, courriel, télécopieur).
  • Vérifier l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité des renseignements des patients et des professionnels de la santé.
  • Répondre aux demandes courantes des patients et des professionnels de la santé.
  • Traiter et assurer le suivi des activités liées aux programmes, y compris les événements de sécurité et la documentation.
  • Établir les priorités quotidiennes et respecter les échéanciers dans un environnement de travail à distance dynamique.
  • Respecter toutes les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les exigences de conformité.
  • Contribuer à la production de rapports, au nettoyage de données et à diverses tâches administratives.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe pour soutenir la prestation des programmes et la qualité du service.

Exigences de base :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
  • De 0 à 1 an d’expérience dans un rôle administratif ou de service à la clientèle.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit).
  • Compétences démontrées en saisie de données et en informatique (p. ex., MS Office, bases de données).
  • Grande attention aux détails et capacité à suivre des procédures établies.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité d’interagir avec les patients et les professionnels de la santé.

Atouts / expérience souhaitée :

  • Expérience dans un centre d’appels, en milieu de la santé ou dans un programme de soutien aux patients (PSP).
  • Connaissance de la terminologie médicale ou de l’environnement de la santé.
  • Expérience en assurance, en remboursement ou en programmes d’aide aux patients.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir efficacement les priorités.
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en pensée critique.

Environnement de travail / horaire :

  • Poste entièrement à distance (partout au Canada).
  • Horaire standard : 11 h à 19 h HNE (8 h à 16 h HNP).
  • Poste principalement de bureau nécessitant l’utilisation d’un ordinateur et d’un système téléphonique.
  • Exigences physiques minimales (temps prolongé devant l’écran, travail en position assise).

About the Role

We are hiring a Bilingual Patient Services Associate (PSA) to support our patient support programs across Canada. In this role, you will help patients and healthcare providers by managing data entry, patient enrollment, and communication.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure patients receive the support they need in a timely and accurate way. This role is fully remote and open to candidates in any Canadian province, working 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST).

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter and maintain accurate patient data in company systems.
  • Support patient enrollment and onboarding activities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication (phone, email, fax).
  • Review patient and healthcare provider information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Process and track program activities, including safety events and documentation.
  • Prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with reports, data clean-up, and general administrative tasks.
  • Work with team members to support program delivery and service quality.

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, databases).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to interact with patients and healthcare providers.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in a call centre, healthcare, or patient support program (PSP).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare environment.
  • Experience with insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Work Environment / Schedule:

  • Fully remote (Canada-wide).
  • Standard shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST).
  • Primarily desk-based role using a computer and phone system.
  • Minimal physical requirements (extended screen time, sitting).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$39,800 - $66,300
