• Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads.
• Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability.
• Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Optimize and automate routine processes to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.

About you:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience working with high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels will be a strong plus.
• Intermediate+ level of English or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.
