Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of experience in RD project management, innovation, or new product development within FMCG or a comparable complex environment, with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, Stage-Gate processes, and portfolio governance
  • Proven ability to deliver NPD projects and support market launches, with a solid understanding of liquid and packaging development, as well as quality, regulatory, and manufacturing constraints
  • Natural cross-functional leadership, acting as a key interface between Marketing and Operations teams and leveraging consumer insights and product validation
  • Experienced people manager with strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in matrixed environments

  • Pipeline Delivery Execution: Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of Crystal RD projects, aligned with business goals. Monitor pipeline performance against time, cost budget, manage risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration for seamless delivery.
  • Strategic Agile Portfolio Management: Ensure strategic oversight of the Crystal RD portfolio by driving project intake, prioritization, and resource planning. Provide visibility on status, risks, and interdependencies to enable informed senior stakeholders’ decision-making and coordinated execution across initiatives. Run local executional NPD governance forums.
  • Team Leadership Management: Lead and develop a team of technical project managers, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development planning. Ensure effective resource allocation by matching capabilities to project needs, while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • PM Capability Process Excellence: Establish and embed consistent project management standards, tools, and ways of working across the RD portfolio. Drive Stage-gate process maturity by identifying gaps, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture of operational discipline and continuous learning.

We are looking for an R&D – Project Management Officer!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As R&D Project Management Officer (PMO Manager), you lead a team of technical project managers responsible for the delivery of innovation and technical development initiatives across the R&D pipeline. Working closely with the Business unit PMO Head and R&D Director, you drive cross‑functional execution, resource planning, and adherence to PMO standards.

You ensure strong alignment with strategic priorities, promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and support technical enablement across projects. Reporting to the BU PMO Head, you play a key role in connecting strategy to execution, enabling high‑impact and timely product development. In addition to team leadership, you are directly accountable for leading complex, high‑scope R&D projects.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline Delivery & Execution
