LeadVenture is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help execute and scale our marketing efforts across both internal and external channels.
This role is focused on turning ideas into action. You will work closely with marketing leadership to create content, support initiatives, and ensure our messaging shows up consistently across our website, social channels, and sales materials.
This is a highly execution-focused role with broad exposure across marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to work across content, social, website, and sales enablement, playing a key role in increasing output and improving how we show up in the market.
You will be expected to build, write, and publish, not just plan.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation and Execution
Create and publish content across channels including website, blog, email, social media, and sales materials
Write web copy, blog posts, case studies, decks, and campaigns
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to business priorities
Support SEO efforts through content creation, on-page optimization, and collaboration on website updates
Social Media and Thought Leadership
Own and execute ThumbStopper’s social media presence across all platforms
Develop social content plans and campaign tactics tailored to each channel
Support awareness strategies through thought leadership and content distribution
Track performance and continuously improve results
Case Studies and Customer Content
Identify opportunities for case studies and testimonials
Partner with internal teams to gather insights and feedback
Create compelling customer stories that support sales and marketing efforts
Sales and Brand Enablement Support
Support development of sales materials by translating existing messaging into clear, usable content
Help create one-pagers, decks, and supporting collateral
Support brand programs and customer-facing materials
Independent Content Production
Create polished, on-brand content using Adobe Creative Cloud products, Canva, or similar tools
Produce day-to-day content and simple visuals without requiring design support for every request
Partner with the designer on higher-impact or complex creative
Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines and messaging
Performance and Optimization
Track and analyze performance across content and social channels
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Continuously test and refine content and messaging
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience, including experience in B2B or B2C environments
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of work
Experience managing social media and digital content across multiple platforms
Ability to create content independently, including basic visual assets
Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a sense of urgency
Comfortable working with direction while also taking initiative and ownership
Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality
Nice to Have
Experience with product marketing or go-to-market support
Moderate understanding of organic social media and paid advertising
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Monday, or similar platforms
Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools
Experience with WP Engine and WordPress
