As our new Proposal Manager, you will drive and organize proposal activities across the organization, ensuring strong overview, clear planning, and efficient coordination throughout the entire bid process. Your role in our team

 

As our new Proposal Manager, you will play a key internal role in coordinating and structuring proposal processes across the organization. Acting as the link between Sales and internal stakeholders, you will review customer requirements, create clear proposal plans, and ensure deadlines, approvals, and deliverables are managed efficiently from start to finish. The role is focused on bringing structure and organization to complex and fast-paced bid processes.

You will be responsible for driving the overall proposal process, maintaining overview of timelines, deliverables, and pricing inputs, as well as supporting cost calculations and pricing structures in Excel.

Bring your world class expertise into play

 

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

 

    • BS/BA Degree within economics or related field
    • 3+ years of proposal experience in technology sales
    • Strong writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and preferably technical writing
    • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, as well as solid Excel skills for pricing calculations and data management
    • Experience engaging with senior technical staff and upper-level management

You thrive in creating structures in complex processes and have a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to work confidently with Excel, calculations, and complex information.
