  • Drive the evolution of the platform architecture, stability, and scalability, focusing on scraping, infrastructure, and backend.
  • Make technical decisions related to scraping, infrastructure, data, and backend, while supporting the development of the technical team and operations.
  • Structure processes, best practices, and the technical organization of the area, and work closely with the founders on technology and business growth decisions.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Liderar tecnicamente a área de tecnologia da empresa;
  • Atuar diretamente na evolução da arquitetura, estabilidade e escalabilidade da plataforma;
  • Conduzir decisões técnicas relacionadas a scraping, infraestrutura, dados e back-end;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento do time técnico e evolução da operação;
  • Participar ativamente de desenvolvimento, troubleshooting e decisões críticas da stack;
  • Estruturar processos, boas práticas e organização técnica da área;
  • Atuar em proximidade com os sócios nas decisões relacionadas à tecnologia e crescimento do negócio.
