Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in B2B sales with a consultative selling approach
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end sales cycles (qualification, demonstration, negotiation, follow-up, closing)
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and opportunity management; ability to organize and track leads and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Handle inbound client inquiries, present the system, understand client operations, and conduct consultative selling
  • Carry out end-to-end sales activities: qualification, demonstrations, negotiation, follow-up, and closing
  • Prospect clients in person in strategic regions of São Paulo state and participate in trade shows and industry events
  • Manage opportunities and stages in the CRM, maintain organization and pace, and sustain ongoing follow-up with leads; build close client relationships and propose solutions aligned to their business needs

💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Atender clientes inbound com foco em apresentação do sistema, entendimento da operação do cliente e condução consultiva da venda;
  • Realizar todo o processo comercial de ponta a ponta: qualificação, demonstração, negociação, follow-up e fechamento;
  • Prospectar clientes presencialmente em regiões estratégicas do estado de São Paulo, participando também de feiras e eventos do segmento;
  • Conduzir reuniões online, apresentações comerciais, visitas presenciais e contatos recorrentes via telefone e WhatsApp;
  • Gerenciar oportunidades e etapas do funil comercial no CRM, garantindo organização, velocidade e acompanhamento contínuo dos leads;
  • Atuar com alto volume de oportunidades, mantendo proximidade com o cliente e senso de prioridade nas negociações;
  • Apoiar oportunidades vindas de parceiros e de outros canais comerciais, garantindo continuidade e conversão do relacionamento;
  • Construir relacionamento próximo com os clientes, entendendo dores do negócio e propondo soluções aderentes à operação.
