Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and the opportunity to learn end-to-end people processes.


  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires and interns
  • Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams for interview panels and documentation
  • Assist in HR documentation such as offer letters, internship letters, and confirmations
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Help with attendance tracking, HR reports, and basic MIS
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google tools
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
