  • In-depth DATEV knowledge, especially DATEV Unternehmen Online; familiarity with DATEV Lohn and DATEV DMS is advantageous
  • Professional qualification such as Steuerfachwirt/in or Steuerfachangestellte/r; FAIT qualification is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills with practical experience; ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner
  • Excellent presentation and customer-service orientation; valid driver's license (Class B) for on-site client visits; fluent German (English a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and implement the DATEV Unternehmen Online module, advising and implementing the solution to digitalize financial processes
  • Analyze existing workflows in tax firms and develop tailored optimization proposals to improve daily operations
  • Advise and implement compliant electronic invoicing solutions (e-invoicing)
  • Optimize digital financial accounting for our clients and their clients

Wir unterstützen Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und deren Mandanten beim Einsatz betriebswirtschaftlicher IT-Systeme in Verbindung mit DATEV Programmen. Speziell diesen Berufsgruppen bieten wir bedarfsorientierte Serviceleistungen, unter anderem DATEV-PARTNERasp, Online-Lösungen und Hosting. Dein Wirkungsfeld

Als DATEV Consultant (m/w/d) unterstützt du Steuerkanzleien und Unternehmen dabei, ihren Arbeitsalltag effizienter und zukunftsfähiger zu gestalten. Besonders wertvoll für diese Position ist Deine Erfahrung im Steuerberatungsumfeld.

Im Detail übernimmst du:
  • Einführung des Moduls DATEV Unternehmen Online mit der dazugehörigen Beratung und Implementierung der Lösung zur Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Prozessoptimierung im Kanzleialltag, d.h. du analysierst bestehende Arbeitsabläufe und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Optimierungsvorschläge
  • Beratung und Implementierung gesetzeskonformer Lösungen für elektronische Rechnungsprozesse - E-Rechnung 
  • Optimierung der digitalen Finanzbuchführung bei unseren Kunden und deren Mandanten

Was Du mitbringst

  • umfassende DATEV-Kenntnisse insbesondere in Unternehmen Online, Kenntnisse in den Modulen DATEV Lohn und DATEV DMS sind von Vorteil
  • die Qualifikation als Steuerfachwirt/in oder Steuerfachangestellte/r, eine Weiterbildung zum FAIT ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise  
  • Du hast gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein verbindliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten 
  • Dein Führerschein Klasse B ermöglicht dir, auch bei Mandanten vor Ort zu sein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, und falls du Englisch sprichst, kannst du dies bei uns gezielt einsetzen und vertiefen
