Site Operations Lead (Poland)

The Site Operations Lead (Poland) is responsible for the day-to-day management of polskiekasyno.com, ensuring the site is accurate, compliant, commercially optimised and ready to publish at all times.

The role acts as the final operational and compliance checkpoint before content goes live, publishing and QA’ing AI-generated content produced by the SEO team, maintaining offers and widgets, monitoring site health, checking tracking integrity and reporting weekly performance to the Regional Lead.

Responsibilities

• Publish AI-generated content produced by the SEO team.
• QA every page before publication, checking offer accuracy, compliance wording, author attribution, internal links and metadata.
• Ensure no content goes live without a completed QA checklist.
• Flag factual, compliance or quality issues before publication.
• Verify affiliate CTAs, casino cards and bonus information against live operator pages monthly.
• Maintain toplist ordering, badge logic, RTP data, withdrawal speeds and comparison data.
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information within 24 hours.
• Ensure pages meet Polish market and internal compliance requirements.
• Check 18+ messaging, responsible gambling notices, licence disclosures and bonus claims.
• Act as the final compliance checkpoint before content goes live.
• Escalate compliance risks or unclear claims where needed.
• Monitor the site daily for 404s, broken links, CMS alerts, widget issues and tracking errors.
• Raise issues in Jira with the correct priority and detail.
• Follow up to ensure fixes are completed within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain UTM parameters, go-links and affiliate tracking integrity.
• Check links route correctly and tracking fires as expected.
• Flag tracking discrepancies to the Regional Lead immediately.
• Send a weekly KPI snapshot to the Regional Lead every Monday.
• Cover organic traffic, top keyword positions, indexed page count and NDC.
• Highlight key risks, issues, blockers and opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in iGaming affiliate site operations, SEO operations, content operations or similar.
• Strong WordPress CMS experience.
• Confident using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Jira or equivalent tools.
• Experience publishing and QA’ing content at scale.
• Comfortable reviewing AI-generated content before publication.
• Strong attention to detail, especially around offers, compliance wording, metadata and links.
• Understanding of Polish online gambling content requirements.
• Commercial awareness of affiliate CTAs, toplists, casino cards and conversion-focused site elements.
• Strong communication skills across SEO, commercial and regional teams.
• Polish fluency or native-level proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
