Job description

If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

As an Infios Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and dependable reporting and operational outputs for our customers. This is a hands‑on role that blends data analysis, technical problem‑solving and financial logic, with strong collaboration across the business.

You’ll take ownership of daily, weekly and month‑end customer deliverables, maintain and troubleshoot core solution components, and use tools such as Excel, Access, SQL and the Infios FAP Portal to ensure high data quality and excellent customer outcomes.

Working with large and complex datasets, you’ll resolve issues independently, support new customer implementations and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong technical capability, and takes pride in delivering accurate results to tight deadlines while working closely with Operations, Product, Implementations, Commercial and customer‑facing teams.

What a day in the life looks like

  • Own the accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly and month‑end customer reporting, ensuring outputs customers can rely on.
  • Maintain and support core solution components, including General Ledger coding, custom fields, order‑matching logic, accruals, cost allocation and month‑end reporting.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, resolve discrepancies and highlight opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
  • Independently investigate and resolve issues across data logic, reporting outputs and customer deliverables, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Use advanced Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL to manage, validate and automate data, improving reporting quality and reducing manual effort.
  • Work confidently across systems such as the Infios FAP Portal to support custom reporting, data validation and ongoing solution enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Implementations, Commercial teams and customers to support complex solutions and deliver clear, data‑driven insights.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvement and team success by sharing knowledge, supporting onboarding, participating in goal planning and proactively raising risks.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and lookups, with experience using Microsoft Access.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while consistently meeting firm deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared outcomes.

Desirable experience

  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and modify queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or data‑driven operational solutions.
  • Familiarity with freight audit and pay, logistics, or financial operations environments.
  • Experience improving or automating reporting and operational workflows.
  • Exposure to month‑end close processes, accruals, or financial reporting logic.
