Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience (full-stack is a plus)
Ability to own and take initiative to solve challenging problems in an empowered environment
Experience maintaining, developing, and supporting mature applications and codebases
Strong collaboration skills with a lean product development mindset and willingness to learn and mentor teammates
Requirements:
Develop, maintain, and support backend systems using Java/Kotlin + Spring, and collaborate with frontend and other teams
Own features end-to-end from design to deployment, including writing tests and ensuring code quality
Collaborate in a lean product development environment: make decisions, iterate, and learn with the team
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Spinnaker) and monitor services using DataDog and OpenTelemetry on AWS (S3, Aurora, EKS, Lambda, Pulsar)
