Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role supporting a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Experience using iCIMS (ATS) and Workday (HCM).
  • Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and strong customer service and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Prepare new requisitions and assist Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing and outreach.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates, managers, and interview teams.
  • Process background checks with HireRight and hire new employees into the HRIS; ensure new hire paperwork and I-9s are completed accurately.
  • Administer new hire and hiring manager surveys, train managers to navigate the ATS, and manage the TA support queue while coordinating with IT and People Operations as needed.

Job Description :

This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.

 

Our Talent Acquisition Coordinators are customer-oriented, system savvy taskmasters. We are looking for someone who can assist our Talent Acquisition Partners quickly and accurately while always keeping an eye on how to streamline processes. We are an AI forward company and expect employees to utlize our internal tools to their benefit to boost thier productivity.

 

In this role, you will be a critical contact for candidates and must embody our core values. We want candidates to experience the same warmth and personal connection through the recruiting process, as they will as employees. Specific areas of responsibility are:

  • Prepare new requisitions for assignment to our Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Assist your Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates.
  • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews by coordinating with candidates, managers and interview teams.
  • Process background checks, working with candidates and our vendor HireRight.
  • Hire candidates into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) system.
  • Shepherd candidates through the hiring process by ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely.
  • Administer our New Hire and Hiring Manager surveys.
  • Assist and train Managers to navigate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and communicate our TA processes.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition support queue and be a liaison to our IT Support team.
  • Provide support to the People Operations team as needed. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivilante experience preferred. 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role, supporting a Talent Acquisition team preferred.
  • Experience working in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System) and Workday (HCM).
  • Proficient in AI Tools, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service; handling hiring manager and candidate communications with confidence.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the talent acquisition process and requisition management preferred.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $26.00 - $31.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
