Position: Quickbooks Expert

Number of hours: TBA

Key Responsibilities.

Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial data management.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Generate financial reports and assist with accounting-related tasks.
Organize and maintain accounting documentation.
Collaborate with the client to support ongoing accounting and operational needs.

Qualifications.

Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting support.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Must be comfortable working via remote access on the client's computer.
Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be available during EST business hours.
