  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems, and track outreach activities, responses, and investor engagement metrics.
  • Support investor nurturing campaigns leading up to and after platform launch, coordinating with the team to align outreach with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, source, and identify potential retail investors through online platforms and databases.

  • Qualify leads based on target investor criteria and engagement potential.

  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other communication channels.

  • Engage, nurture, and build relationships with prospective investors through consistent follow-ups.

  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.

  • Assist in creating outreach messaging and engagement strategies.

  • Track outreach activities, responses, and investor engagement metrics.

  • Support investor nurturing campaigns leading up to and after platform launch.

  • Coordinate with the team to align outreach efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, sales support, or investor relations.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.

  • Ability to research and qualify leads effectively.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple pipelines and follow-ups.

  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

  • Experience in startups, fintech, crowdfunding, finance, or fundraising is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with investor outreach strategies and digital networking is highly preferred.
