  • Knowledge of collagen and hyaluronic acid applications in wound care, ENT, and dental fields.
  • Strong relationship management skills with OEM/ODM clients and a track record of expanding client and distributor networks.
  • Ability to coordinate technically between Western Hemisphere customers and Taiwan based R&D/manufacturing teams; cross-functional collaboration and strategic mindset.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the medical device market across the Americas (USA, Central, and South America). This role focuses on collagen and hyaluronic acid applications in wound care, ENT, and dental fields. You will serve as the strategic bridge between Western Hemisphere clients and our R&D/manufacturing teams in Taiwan.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and close new growth opportunities; expand client and distributor networks.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing OEM/ODM clients.
  • Technical Coordination: Act as the liaison for product and technical coordination between American customers and Taiwan manufacturing facilities.
  • Events & Representation: Organize product presentations and represent MBI at major U.S. trade shows (e.g., MD&M West, FIME, AAO, The Aesthetic Show).
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends; collect and analyze clinician feedback.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly sales updates and opportunity assessments to the Taiwan HQ

 

Compensation & Employment Terms

  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 per year. (Final compensation determined by experience, skills, and geographic location).
  • Employment Status: This is a full-time, exempt position.
  • At-Will Employment: Employment with MBI is "at-will." This means that either the employee or MBI may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable state and federal laws.
