8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role
4+ years of experience selling RPA or Process Automation to financial services
Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging C-level executives
Requirements:
Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue
Recruit, train, motivate, build pipeline, and develop sales playbooks; market via webinars/events
Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to US-based tech buyers
