Payroll Regional Process - Data Lead (m/f)

Description -

This role is responsible for driving payroll process improvements, project management, change management, and incident management across the EMEA GlobalView region. The role also provides ad hoc support to countries on specific issues and acts as an SME backup when required, particularly in cases of staffing challenges. The region consists of 11 EMEA countries running payroll in ADP GlobalView: Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, UK.


Responsibilities:
• Streamline, harmonize, and automate payroll process across the region; develop and maintain associated documentation

• Lead payroll-related projects at regional level, coordinating with all stakeholders across all project phases, including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live.

• Follow up and support payroll change requests, and drive prioritization in alignment with key partners.

• Monitor incident management activities; analyze, report and engage with key partners on mitigation actions

• Provide ad hoc support to countries in case of significant operational or compliance issues.

• Act as an SME backup for any country within the region in cases of staffing shortages or critical knowledge gaps.

• Support continuous improvement of the overall payroll operational framework, including SOX-related processes and controls.

• Coordinate and respond to partner inquiries at a regional level, including collecting, consolidating, and validating data.


Education & Experience:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in Payroll/HR Administration, Payroll processing, or a related field.

Our offer:

The base pay range for this role is 147200 PLN to 223100 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
