Defines and coordinates implementation of defined functional EHS measures within assigned organization (local unit).

The Real Estate EHS Coordinator – Americas supports the implementation and coordination of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across the Real Estate organization. This role partners closely with EHS leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.

This is a developmental, early-career opportunity ideal for someone looking to build foundational experience in EHS within a corporate real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and coordination of EHS programs and initiatives in alignment with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements
  • Review and assess contractor-submitted EHS plans and risk assessments to ensure compliance and completeness
  • Monitor existing and emerging EHS risks, escalating concerns and recommending appropriate mitigation actions
  • Assist with EHS reporting and data collection, including tracking metrics, trends, and compliance indicators
  • Analyze EHS data and provide insights and recommendations to improve safety performance and operational effectiveness
  • Partner with EHS professionals, shared services, and operational teams to support consistent execution of EHS processes
  • Support the management team on EHS-related topics, including audits, documentation, and process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of EHS procedures, tools, and best practices
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on EHS action items and remediation plans

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Foundational knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review risk assessments and identify potential gaps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and concise style
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to develop in an EHS-focused role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or early experience in EHS, safety coordination, or compliance-related roles
  • Exposure to corporate environments, real estate, facilities, or construction-related projects
  • Familiarity with EHS reporting systems or data tracking tools

The base pay range for this position is:

$73,030 - $100,419

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
