First Nonprofit - Member Services & Compliance Manager
This fully remote position is responsible for supporting existing clients managed by SVP and VP of Sales, sales of ancillary products and programs to existing clients, onboarding of new accounts added by existing and new clients, as well as sales and placement of state mandated surety bonds for existing and new clients. Position will be working with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales and Underwriting.
Under direct supervision, this position will assist in account retention, drive additional products/programs to existing clients and be accountable for execution of the duties identified above.
Responsibilities:
- Support existing agents and clients managed by SVP and VP of Sales.
- Drive ancillary product/program sales for existing clients.
- Day to day agent and client support including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participates in industry conferences and related marketing opportunities.
- Engages with claims administrators, FNP marketing, and assist with account renewals.
- Active participation with the Sales team.
- Data entry of agent and customer details, interactions, etc. into HubSpot
Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales.
- Sales experience for insurance products is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with membership or client relationship management.
- Material Handling experience or knowledge preferred.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 5% - 10% as required.
