The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Operations, the Zone Aftersales Manager will achieve defined annual performance objectives for Aftersales Commercial Performance, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction for their Zone and the Retailers within it. The Zone Manager will also need to make sure that franchise representation is maintained at the appropriate standard by all Retailers in the Zone.
The Zone Aftersales Manager role is field based and therefore requires a high degree of autonomy and self-organisation with management support when needed.
The Zone Manager will identify improvement opportunities within all Retailers, agree actions, support mechanisms and processes that will help drive improved performance in order that overall zone objectives can be achieved. This will involve achieving changed behaviours amongst senior Retailer Management, changed activities amongst Retailer Aftersales staff and improved capabilities at all levels of the Retailer (through training and coaching) as well as the implementation of appropriate processes.
