Recruiter – Remote | Talent Acquisition, Sourcing & Candidate Management

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility for interviews and candidate coordination)

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer management.

What You’ll Own

Role Intake & Hiring Strategy

  • Meet with hiring managers to understand:
    • Hiring needs

  • Draft and optimize job descriptions for:

    • ATS platforms
    • Job boards
  • Advise stakeholders on hiring market conditions and sourcing strategies

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Build candidate pipelines using:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Indeed
    • Glassdoor
    • Boolean search
    • Niche job boards
  • Source passive candidates through personalized outreach
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research
  • Maintain strong candidate flow across active roles

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews
  • Evaluate:
    • Skills
    • Experience
    • Communication
    • Cultural alignment
    • Career motivations
  • Use competency-based and behavioral interview techniques
  • Administer assessments or practical tasks when required
  • Maintain organized interview notes inside the ATS

Candidate Experience & Communication

  • Manage communication from initial outreach through offer stage

  • Serve as a strong brand representative throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a respectful and positive candidate experience

Interview Coordination & Hiring Support

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Align schedules across multiple time zones when needed
  • Prepare candidates before interviews
  • Facilitate hiring feedback collection and debrief discussions
  • Support hiring managers with candidate evaluations and recommendations

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Draft and present offers to selected candidates
  • Support negotiation and acceptance processes
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and transition support
  • Ensure smooth handoff into onboarding workflows

Recruitment Reporting & Process Management

  • Track and report on:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Pipeline health
    • Source effectiveness
    • Candidate conversion rates
  • Maintain ATS compliance and organized recruiting documentation
  • Identify process improvements to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
