About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Applications Developer to build automation systems, dashboards, integrations, and internal business applications using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

This is a highly hands-on technical role focused on:
• Power BI development
• Power Automate workflows
• Power Apps solutions
• Azure integrations
• Microsoft Teams applications
• Business process automation

You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to create scalable, secure, and high-impact automation and analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Power BI & Business Intelligence

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Build scalable data models using DAX and Power BI best practices
• Deliver actionable reporting across operations, HR, finance, and internal business systems
• Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and usability

Power Platform & Workflow Automation

• Build advanced Power Automate workflows and business automations
• Develop Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Create Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered automation workflows
• Implement Dataverse-based applications and reporting systems
• Automate end-to-end operational workflows across multiple departments

Azure Integrations & Development

• Develop Azure-based integrations using:
• Azure Functions
• APIs
• Webhooks
• Custom connectors
• Integrate internal systems with third-party platforms and services
• Maintain scalable and secure cloud-based automation solutions

Microsoft Teams Applications

• Build and maintain Microsoft Teams apps and workflow integrations
• Develop:
• Notification bots
• Adaptive cards
• Messaging extensions
• Workflow automations
• Improve collaboration and operational visibility across teams

Collaboration & Documentation

• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders
• Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
• Document workflows, data models, integrations, and application logic
• Continuously improve solutions based on usage, feedback, and performance

Security, Monitoring & Optimization

• Implement security best practices and data governance standards
• Build monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization processes
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability across applications

Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies
• Proven experience building automation and business intelligence solutions

Technical Skills

• Strong Power BI skills:
• DAX
• Data modeling
• Dashboard development
• Visualization best practices
• Advanced Power Automate experience:
• Complex workflows
• Custom connectors
• Process automation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure services
• Azure Functions
• Cloud integrations
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
