  • Identify additional regional training needs, pilot new initiatives, and train new Infusion Nurse hires on-site as necessary
  • Support high-quality patient care by ensuring regional clinical competency, quality, and compliance

The Role

The Regional Nursing Lead will contribute to the company’s quality and growth by training and coaching Infusion Nurses in their region on clinical topics. This role will also ensure ongoing competency proficiency and answer clinical questions from nurses in the Region. The Regional Nursing Lead will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy by ensuring clinical staff are trained and re-trained appropriately.

Location: Remote, with 30% - 50% travel to centers for training and coaching

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive ongoing clinical effectiveness through competency validation, clinical quality measurement and auditing, coaching, and feedback

  • Serve as initial point of contact for clinical questions in Region

  • Identify additional training needs across the Region and pilot new initiatives

  • Train new Infusion Nurse hires on-site, as necessary

  • Provide clinical care, as necessary

  • Regional Clinical Competency (Annual)

  • Regional Clinical Quality

  • Regional Clinical Compliance

Key Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in all states within Region (or ability to gain licensure in all states)

  • 3+ years of infusion nursing experience and expert infusion clinical knowledge (or strong internal performance that indicates this level of experience)

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for hands on training and re-training of nurses
