Business Process Automation (BPA) Practice Manager - 1608

This is a remote position.

Must Have:

• Business Process Automation (BPA) and RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  
• Solutioning and discovery for automation programs
  
• Project and program delivery management
  
• Process standardization and automation frameworks
  
• Budgeting and resource planning for automation initiatives
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and solutioning for new automation opportunities with sales teams
  
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for BPA projects
  
• Own client communication with senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  
• Oversee end to end delivery of automation programs from initiation to closure
  
• Establish standardized methodologies, reusable components, and best practices
  
• Monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across engagements
  
• Approve Statements of Work in partnership with leadership
  
• Manage resource allocation and ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in BPA, RPA, or digital transformation programs
  
• Proven experience leading automation practice or large scale initiatives
  
• Strong experience with enterprise RPA tools and process optimization
  
• Experience in client facing roles with senior stakeholder management
  
• Track record of delivering complex automation programs on time and within budget
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BPM tools or low code platforms
  
• Exposure to AI driven automation or intelligent automation
  
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment
